Requirements
- Class 3 Driving License
- Speak and write in English and Mandarin
- Independent

- Must know of troubleshooting split unit and installation


Position 2
Air Con Apprentice (S$750-S$1000)

Job Description
You will be assisting the lead technician in daily routines and also maintain a clean and safe working area for the lead technician

Requirements
- Able to understand simple English

Position 3
Customer Service Officer

Job Description
You will be responsible for developing quality service and to ensure total customer satisfaction
Build, strengthen and maintain good relationships with our clients
1. To schedule appointment for checking or servicing of air conditioner
2. Attend to customer's enquires e.g. quotation of repair works and scheduling
3. Follow up on pending order/quotation
4. Coordinate with internal staff for necessary action

Requirements
- Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin
- Have a good understanding of call center practices and strong customer focus with confident communication skills
- Only Singaporeans/ PRs need apply


Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm
Sat 9am to 1:30pm
